Vessel Taxi LLC — Last updated: August 10, 2026
Vessel Taxi LLC (“Vessel”) operates a phone-based ride-matching service in Goshen, Indiana. Drivers who sign up with Vessel can choose to receive operational SMS messages related to ride dispatch. This page describes our SMS messaging program and the consent language shown when a driver opts in.
When you opt in to Vessel SMS by checking the SMS consent box on the driver signup form at vesselrides.co, you agree to the following:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from Vessel at the number provided — ride offers (dispatch broadcasts), claim confirmations, and trip status updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy at vesselrides.co/privacy and Terms of Service at vesselrides.co/terms.”
If you opt in, you may receive: ride offer broadcasts (available trip details), claim confirmations when you accept a ride, and trip status updates.
Message frequency varies based on ride availability and how often you use the service.
Message and data rates may apply. Vessel does not charge you to send or receive SMS, but standard rates from your mobile carrier apply.
Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of becoming a Vessel driver. You can complete driver signup whether or not you opt in to SMS. Drivers who do not opt in are not sent SMS messages.
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any Vessel message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
Reply HELP or INFO to any Vessel message, or contact us at founder@vesselrides.co.
Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy at vesselrides.co/privacy. Vessel does not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
